It was awesome in general: new-fashioned room, brilliant location short walk to the main attraction as well as a quite alleyway. Food for breakfast was appetising.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city, just steps away from the breathtaking Cathedral and main square. Everything is easily accessible, including many community outdoor areas where you can relax and soak up the atmosphere. the hotel is conveniently located near the Station in Orvieto, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
Although the apartment looked very clean, the floors needed a good wet-mop and I wasn’t comfortable walking barefoot around the apartment.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in a quiet street just steps away from the Cathedral. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth arrival, even meeting us late at night in a nearby parking lot. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The views of the Cathedral from the window were stunning, and the laundry facilities downstairs were a plus. The highlight of our stay, however, was the kind and helpful staff, Roberta and Valerie, who made us feel like we were not alone in Italy. GRAZIE MILLE!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The apartment at Home In Orvieto - Via Dei Dolci was absolutely amazing! It was so bright and filled with natural light that it instantly lifted my spirits. The cozy sofa was perfect for lounging and watching the flat-screen TV. Plus, having a private bathroom with a bidet was a nice touch. And let's not forget about the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and stovetop. It truly felt like a home away from home.
I must admit that I wasn't a huge fan of the electric kettle in the apartment. It's just my personal preference, as I prefer brewing my tea on the stovetop.

I had a fantastic stay at Home In Orvieto - Via Dei Dolci. The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from the Duomo and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, including access to a washing machine. The hosts, Valerie and Roberta, were exceptional and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They even provided some refreshments in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep. Additionally, the restaurant recommendations from the hosts were spot-on. I highly recommend this property for its location, comfort, and outstanding hosts.
The only minor inconvenience I experienced was the WiFi not being suitable for phone calls. However, this should not be a problem for most people.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Orvieto! The location couldn't have been better - it was less than a minute away from the Cathedral, where I could catch a bus to the funicular station in the center of the city. Not only was the location convenient, but the apartment itself was spacious and modernized. The bed was the most comfortable I had during my entire month-long trip in Italy. The host, Valerie, was exceptional and provided excellent restaurant suggestions. Orvieto has been one of my greatest finds in Italy and I can't wait to come back and stay here for longer than just three nights!
All was perfect.

The apartment was beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic town. We loved that everything was within walking distance, especially the stunning Duomo. The hosts, Eric and Valerie, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The shower was a bit on the smaller side, but everything else more than made up for it. Plus, the hosts provided unexpected extras and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Mind-blowing location near the heart of the city, with jaw-dropping views of the iconic building nearby. Super helpful and friendly hosts who went above and beyond to assist us, even with lost luggage. The self-catering apartment was equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a great shower. The added touches like fresh milk, coffee, and condiments were a pleasant surprise. The apartment was peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently located near restaurants and parking. The laundry facilities and invisible window screens were an added bonus. The communication before and during our stay was top-notch. A truly delightful experience!
